2. HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE LOCATIONS OF THE ESTATES WILL DEVELOP FAST?

Webmark Estate Services acquire land only in areas that are very promising , strategic and with very visible prospect of fast developing

The idea of land banking investment plan (LBIP) is to buy cheap before the area fully develops and high value appreciation.

3. ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE LAND?

Yes 10% of the cost of land for survey and documentation fee.

The cost of infrastructure will be agreed with the stake holders as at when due.

The approval fee depends on the site location.

4. WHAT KIND OF INFRASTRUCTURE ARE WE PROVIDING?

Road, drainage, electricity, perimeter fencing, sports event centre.

5. IS THERE ANY RESTRICTION TO THE TYPE OF BUILDING DESIGN?

You are to build in conformity with the approved design but we permit some level of changes in the interior for FCT sites

However in other states you can build whatever you like since the approval & title will come in your name.

6. WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I GET?

Upon full payment, you will get an allocation letter, survey plan, building plan, deed of assignment/power of attorney and a copy of Global C of O or R of O
